In the 30's and 40's,
Westminster, VT, like most towns, had a much larger farm economy, with
fields and fields of vegetables like cabbage and asparagus, and many
dairy farms-even a sweet corn processing plant. We could see that here

Harlow Farm has been in our family since 1918, and has been certified organic since 1985. We grow much of the produce sold here. "We" are the two Harlow brothers and their families: Dan, who runs the farmstand, and Paul, who owns Harlow Farm.
