In the 30’s and 40’s, Westminster, VT, like most towns, had a much larger farm economy, with fields and fields of vegetables like cabbage and asparagus, and many dairy farms—even a sweet corn processing plant. We could see that here again. – Paul Harlow

Harlow Farm is open 9:00 a.m.—6:00 p.m. daily, May to December. To find us, take Exit 5 off Interstate 91 to Route 5. Turn left (north), and we’re half a mile up the road.
